Driving School Jobs in Dubai | Instructor & Admin Careers UAE

Getting a driving license is one of the first things people do when they move to the UAE. That is why Driving Schools like Emirates Driving Institute (EDI), Galadari, and Al Ahli are always busy. These are not just small schools; they are massive organizations with hundreds of employees.

Working here is a great option because the jobs are stable, and you get to meet new people every day.

Roles You Can Apply For

You don’t just have to be a teacher to work here. These institutes operate like big corporate companies and hire for:

• Driving Instructors (Male & Female): This is the most popular job. If you are a patient driver and have a valid UAE license, you can get trained to become an instructor. It pays well, especially if you work overtime.
• Customer Service & Admin: Since thousands of students register every month, schools need strong teams for:
  • Receptionists: Handling student inquiries.
  • Call Center Agents: Booking classes and tests.
  • Scheduling Officers: Managing instructor timings.

Do You Need a Special License?

To be an Instructor, yes, you will need an RTA Instructor Permit. Most driving schools will help you get this once you are hired. For Admin and Customer Service roles, you don’t need any special driving license just good communication skills.
